  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Mix wet ingredients

    In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.

  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients:

    Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Be careful not to overmix; the batter should be slightly thick.

  4. Prepare the muffin tin and fill the muffin tin

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Spread the bean mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the vegan cheese 🧀 shreds and vegan parmesan cheese on top.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes 🕒, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
